We are excited to announce that our project “TRUST: Transhumance Resilience and Utilisation for Sustainable Transformation” has been selected for funding under the European Heritage Hub’s Small Grants Scheme!
Through TRUST, @reinforce.sustainability will work to preserve Albania’s endangered transhumance heritage by developing climate-resilient solutions that empower local communities and protect traditional pastoral practices.
This project reflects RESU’s deep commitment to building sustainable futures through the protection of nature, culture, and rural livelihoods.
About the European Heritage Hub Support
The European Heritage Hub, with the support of the ALIPH Foundation, has allocated approximately €250,000 to 14 heritage projects led by civil society organizations in EU neighboring countries.
This funding aims to:
Strengthen civil society capacity
Respond to Europe’s triple transformation (green, digital, social)
Promote peace, stability, and resilience across the region
We are proud that RESU is part of this important movement to protect heritage while preparing communities for the challenges of the future.🗞️ Learn more about the announcement here: European Heritage Hub Grants News
