Founder and CEO
Oljam Dervishi

He holds dual Master’s degrees, one in Territory Management and Local Development from CIHEAM-IAMM & Paul Valéry University in Montpellier, France, and the other in Agri-environmental Engineering from the Agricultural University of Tirana, Albania. With over four years of expertise as an Environmental Expert and young Researcher, Oljam is dedicated to project management and coordination, serving as a catalyst for change and capacity development. A results-oriented professional, he focuses on problem-solving and the successful delivery of goals and objectives. Oljam is not just a standard individual; he serves as a remarkable source of inspiration for RESU NGO’s mission.
Environmental Expert
Sonila Sulaj

An adept environmental expert with 5 years of experience in scientific research. She is an invaluable asset to RESU NGO, demonstrating remarkable organizational and leadership skills. Sonila graduated from the Agricultural University of Tirana and currently serves as a lab researcher and project manager.

PhD candidate, Lecturer, and International IB School Teacher. He holds a Bachelor and Master of Sciences degree in Finance and Accounting from Agricultural University of Tirana (UBT), Faculty of Economy and Agribusiness, Department of Finance and Accounting. Further he did a second Master of Science (M2) at Montpellier – MOQUAS Study Program, (Markets, Organization, Quality, Services, and Policies in Southern Agriculture).

Anxhela Bakiasi

A PhD candidate on Management, holds Master of Sciences degree in Finance and Accounting, from Agricultural University of Tirana, Faculty of Economy and Agrobusiness. Currently she works as Assistant Professor at the University where she graduated.
Activist
Klodjan Bruci

Is a long-time activist in environmental protection and promoter of green and sustainable policies. He graduated from the University of Bologna in Political Sciences – Public Administration, at the same university he obtained a master’s in international Cooperation, Development and Human Rights. Klodjan also obtained the professional master – At the Center for the study of European Law, University of Bologna – in “Expert of European Union funds and programs” with the main focus on European Territorial Cooperation. Currently Klodjan is involved in a cooperation project between Italy and Albania, he also actively participates in social causes and is the promoter of the Green Agenda for Western Balkans

His passion for environmental advocacy began during his studies and has continued to drive him in various roles, including project manager, project coordinator, and environmental expert. Flavio is known for his goal-oriented approach and clear vision for success in all endeavors.
